Desiree Wayne is a graduate from the University of Houston Law Center and Georgetown University. Ms. Wayne has provided immigration legal services to clients of the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians as well as the Lutheran Child and Family Services of Colorado. She developed her litigation skills as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris county Texas where she tried over 50 felony cases to jury verdict.
As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Wayne has not only prosecuted criminals, but has also provided support services to their victims. Her experience as a trial lawyer, involving many complex cases, has resulted in a strong success record. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Alabama and practices immigration law exclusively. Attorney Wayne is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association Immigration Law Committee.
